National and Provincial Programs

We have a National and Provincial Charity Fund from which assistance can be obtained to help those less fortunate in the community. The “Elks and Royal Purple Fund for Children” is our National Charity. It was founded in 1956 to provide personal assistance to any child in Canada with special needs.
The Fund for Children’s prime aim has been to emphasize the need for the early identification and rehabilitation of the hearing impaired child. The ELKS have become the leading Organization in Canada promoting new programs for speech, hearing and communication disorders. The BC Elks Association and the Elks and Royal Purple Fund for Children work together to provide assistance for BC residents in need of any necessity of life.
